The ABS2020 system provides Cargo functionality required for an Airline operations, Airline Handling or general cargo handling facility. The ABS2020 system is designed for Airports, Airlines and Cargo Handling Companies. The system is a multi-site, multi-user system and can be implemented in a number of different configurations designed to suit the client’s requirements.

A hosted service is available to those customers who do not wish to invest either in hardware or technical resources to support the system.

The ABS2020 system with its wide base of international accepted messages provides the “one-stop” solution to Airline and Airport Cargo Handling. ABS2020 provides facilities for reservations (basic), inventory and warehouse control, consignment tracking, flight management and information, full airline export functionality, connection to the SITA/ARINC networks and attainment of Customs clearance. It already has a vast number of proven EDI connections to airlines and is approved with the Customs Departments of 4 countries.

The system is fully accredited for inventory control with the following :

• CCS-UK for Customs reporting and clearance (an additional benefit is the ability to use CCS-UK for messaging)
• Canadian ACI and RNS Customs data
• UK NCTS production
• Customs (AIR-AMS).
  

ABS2020 also includes MATRIX import and export charge invoicing (often referred to as 512b charges). This module is fully integrated and compatible with UK import CASS.

The latest module to be introduced is a service level monitoring tool, SLAM. This real-time SLA monitor gives up-to-the-minute management views on progress by flight or customer or shipment.
